14-18’s Club Payment Schedule 2009-2010
OPTION ONE: TOTAL PAYMENT- $1100
1st Payment- $1,100.00
You can choose to pay your total payment of $1,100.00 at the first practice. If you pay your total payment of $1,100.00 you will
not have to pay the $250 non-refundable deposit
OPTION TWO: TOTAL PAYMENT- $1,350.00
Payment is made monthly
$250 non-refundable
$1100.00
1st payment- $250.00 non-refundable deposit to guarantee position on the team-due 1st practice.
2nd Payment- $350.00 - due November 23rd, 2009
3rd payment- $250.00 - due December 7,2009
4th payment- $250.00- due January 7, 2010
5th payment- $250.00 – due February 8, 2010
Payments can be made to the player's coach or to the club director at the time of practice.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! No exceptions! Please do not ask!
IF PAYMENTS ARE LATE, THERE WILL BE A LATE CHARGE OF $20.00 FOR EVERY WEEK YOU ARE LATE. IF
YOU ARE DELINQUENT IN YOUR PAYMENT, YOUR DAUGHTER WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PRACTICE OR PLAY
IN ANY TOURNAMENT UNTIL YOUR ACCOUNT IS UP TO DATE. IF YOUR DAUGHTER DOES NOT FINISH
THE SEASON THERE WILL BE A $250.00 DEPOSIT AT THE BEGINNING OF NEXT SEASON BEFORE SHE CAN
TRYOUT AGAIN.
IF YOUR TEAM CANCELS A TOURNAMENT AND WE DO NOT GET REFUNDED, THEN YOU WILL NOT BE
REFUNDED, AND IT WILL COUNT AS ONE OF YOUR TOURNAMENTS! IF YOU HAVE COMMITTED TO
THESE TEAMS, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO ATTEND ALL TOURNAMENTS AND PRACTICES. IF UNABLE TO
MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS, YOUR DAUGHTER WILL BE RELEASED FROM THE TEAM.
If you are delinquent in your payment, your daughter will not be able to practice or play in
any tournament, as per UIL rules, until your account is up to date. Payments are to be Paid to
Jefferson County Juniors.
